The range of ±80 g or ±50 g is sufficient, and the frequency response is generally 1 Hz to 8 kHz to capture bearing and rotor fault characteristics. For variable-speed and low-speed equipment, such as hydraulic turbine units or paper machine wet ends, the low-frequency response needs to extend to 0.5 Hz or even lower. We will recommend the charge type with low-noise cable, or the style with built-in charge amplifier, depending on the on-site grounding environment. There is also a lot to pay attention to when installing this part. Some locations have narrow space and can only use M5 threads. We provide side outlet cables or micro structures; some locations require integrated armored cables to prevent oil leakage. We have derived these from regular models, so small batches will not be stuck on delivery. The mid-range positioning of Kingmach does not mean that performance is compromised, but that the cost is concentrated on the sensor itself. The shell protection and electrical packaging are all industrial-grade, but it does not add those redundant functions that are only used in laboratories.
